We sell promotional products and decorated apparel through our online catalog and by quote. You can browse product listings on our catalog portal where many items show per-item price ranges. For ordering or a formal quote, contact our sales team (see contact details below).

How pricing is shown

• Product pages in our online catalog display per-item price ranges and examples of list prices for specific items. These price ranges reflect the base item and typical decoration costs for common quantities shown on the product listing.
• For custom artwork, embroidery, or specialty decorations, we provide a written quote that includes setup charges, imprint fees, and any tooling/screen costs that may apply.

Volume pricing and minimums

• We offer quantity-based pricing, but the specific discount tiers and minimums vary by product and decoration method.
• Minimum order quantities apply to all items, and the minimum quantity is different depending on the product.
• Quantity discounts are quoted per item or per program; they are not published as a single universal table on our public site.
• Because minimum order quantities and bulk discount thresholds depend on supplier and decoration method, please request a quantity-specific quote for any item.

Production timelines (lead times)

• Typical catalog production turnaround is shown at about 10 business days from order placement for many catalog items.
• We also run rush programs, and some items can ship much faster in certain cases (as fast as 3 days for select items).
• Lead times vary by product, decoration method, order quantity, and current production schedules.

What that means for you:

• Standard orders: plan on roughly 7–14 business days for production for many stocked/decorated items (some catalog pages note ~10 business days).
• Rush orders: ask sales if a 3-day or expedited option is available for the selected SKU — not all SKUs or decorated orders qualify for rush fulfillment.

Shipping & delivery

• Shipping costs depend on item weight, quantity, carrier, service level, and destination.
• Shipping cost is quoted per order (or shown at checkout in the catalog portal) rather than as a single published flat rate.
• If you need a guaranteed delivery date, request a rush quote from sales so we can confirm carrier options and transit times.

Payment & deposits

• For standard online/catalog purchases, payment is accepted at checkout.
• For custom or large B2B orders, we provide quotes and invoicing; we do not publish a single default deposit percentage or net-term policy in our public materials.
• Contact our sales team to confirm deposit requirements or to request Net terms for established accounts.

Samples

• Samples are available before placing an order.
• Some samples may have a fee and others may be free—please ask us when requesting samples.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds

• Returns and cancellation policies for standard stocked items differ from those for custom decorated goods.
• Custom decorated items are generally subject to artwork approval, and cancellations or returns for custom items often have restrictions and fees.
• We do not publish a single return/cancellation policy across all items in our public catalog pages; contact sales for the policy that applies to your order type.

How to get an accurate quote or place an order

1. Find the product(s) in the online catalog (https://www.adrpromo.com) or note the catalog SKU shown on product pages at https://www.adrpromotions.com.
2. Tell us the quantity, decoration method (screen print, embroidery, pad print, etc.), and delivery postal code.
3. If you have artwork, attach a high-resolution vector file (AI, EPS, or PDF) or a high-res PNG; request a virtual sample if you want a proof before production.
4. We will reply with a detailed quote that includes unit price by tier, any setup fees, lead time, shipping estimate, and payment/deposit instructions.
