How ordering works (step-by-step)
- Inquiry and quote
- Tell us the item(s), quantities, preferred colors, and the artwork you want to apply (logo, text, or design).
- We confirm availability and provide a quote.
- Artwork and proofing
- We require a clean artwork file for production.
- We prepare a digital proof showing placement, scale, and colors for your approval before production begins.
- Approval and payment
- After you approve the proof, we collect payment according to the invoice terms in the quote.
- Production begins once payment and an approved proof are received.
- Production
- We produce your order using the agreed decoration method (screen print, embroidery, or heat transfer).
- Exact production time depends on method, quantity, and current shop load.
- Delivery or pickup
- We ship completed orders to your address or hold them for local pickup.
- We can also discuss kitting and fulfillment options for recurring or large orders.
Decoration methods we use
- Screen printing — best for larger runs and simple multi-color artwork.
- Embroidery — durable, professional finish for polos, jackets, and hats.
- Heat transfer and digital transfers — flexible for complex, full-color artwork and small runs.
- DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing — a digital transfer method.
- Laser engraving — commonly used for certain products and accessories.
- Pad printing — commonly used for certain products and accessories.
Which method we recommend depends on the fabric, the number of pieces, artwork complexity, and the desired look. When you request a quote, we’ll recommend the most cost-effective and durable method for your goals.
What customers should prepare
- A description of the item(s) you want (style, color, size breakdown).
- High-resolution artwork files.
- Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF with outlines) are preferred for logos.
- High-resolution PNG/TIFF may be acceptable for photographic images.
- Desired logo placement and approximate print dimensions.
- Any deadline or event date so we can confirm feasibility.
If you do not have production-ready artwork, we can provide basic logo clean-up and digitizing for embroidery for an additional fee. Please request pricing when you ask for a quote.
Sizing, care, and samples
We stock a range of sizes from small through XXL for common styles. Exact size charts and fabric care instructions vary by brand and item.
If you need exact product sizing or a fabric sample swatch, request the item SKU in your quote request and we’ll supply the appropriate size chart or sample information.
Fulfillment and repeat ordering
We handle one-off orders and ongoing replenishment. For recurring orders, we can offer options such as staged production, kitting, and drop-shipping to end recipients.
Warehouse storage and fulfillment terms depend on the volume and frequency—please request details if you need ongoing inventory management.
Pricing, minimums, and fees
Quotes are item- and job-specific. Pricing depends on product unit cost, decoration method, quantity, and any setup or art fees.
We include any minimum order quantities, setup fees, and shipping costs in the formal quote.
