• Production times are commonly shown in calendar days in the product catalog and can be around 10 days for some items.
• Pricing is typically presented as a per-unit range; your exact unit price depends on decoration, quantity, and options.

Customization and artwork (what we typically need from you)

How to request

To request a quote, email your artwork and requirements to our sales email (or call our sales team). Please include:

• The SKU (or a photo/description if you don’t have a SKU)
• Desired imprint location
• Desired imprint colors
• Final quantity

Artwork files

We prefer print-ready vector artwork where possible:

• AI, EPS, or PDF with outlined text

If you don’t have vector files, send the best-resolution PNG or PDF you have, and we’ll advise whether it’s usable or if we need a cleaner version.

Imprint location examples

Common imprint locations include:

• Mugs: front center
• Bottles: side or bottom
• Tumblers: one or two sides

Exact imprint area depends on the SKU.

Decoration methods and fees

Decoration methods (for example, screen print, pad print, laser etch, full-color digital transfer), setup fees, and decoration area sizes vary by SKU. We confirm these details as part of the quote process.

Lead times, samples, and minimums

• Lead times vary by SKU, decoration method, and order quantity. Some product listings in our catalog show production times (for example, 10 days on the FlowState 40 oz tumbler).
• Samples are handled on a SKU-by-SKU basis. We can supply a blank sample or a decorated sample; sample fees and sample lead times depend on the SKU and whether decoration is required.

How to request a quote / place an order

1. Choose the SKU(s) you want from our catalog, or tell us the product family and intended use if you want a recommendation.
2. Email your artwork and requirements (quantity, imprint location, imprint colors, and any special packaging instructions) to adrpromo@adrpromotions.com, or call our sales team to discuss specifics.
3. We will reply with a written quote that includes unit price, decoration/setup fees (if applicable), production lead time, and shipping estimates.
4. Approve a digital proof. We normally require final approval of the proof before production.

Shipping, packaging, and returns

Shipping options, packaging preferences, and returns/replacement handling for decorated drinkware are managed per-quote and depend on product weight, order size, and customer preferences. We include carrier options and shipping estimates on every quote.
