The information below explains how we handle production lead times, rush options, shipping methods, and delivery expectations as part of our order process. ## How we provide delivery estimates
We provide a firm delivery estimate after we confirm:
- Product(s) and decoration method
- Final quantity
- Approved artwork files
- Ship-to address

If you have a requested delivery date, tell us when you submit your RFQ so we can confirm feasibility.

### What to include when you request a quote (RFQ)
When you request a quote, include these details so we can return lead-time and shipping estimates in the same reply:
- Product name / SKU (or sample/photo)
- Decoration method (screen print, embroidery, direct-to-garment, pad print, etc.)
- Final quantity
- Artwork files and whether they are print-ready or need setup
- Destination (street address, city, postal code, country)
- Requested delivery date or event date

## Standard lead-time practices (how we think about them)
- Production lead time depends on product type and decoration method. Apparel items frequently require factory scheduling and decoration runs; decorated hard goods may require separate processing.
- Because lead times vary greatly by item, we do not publish a single “one-size-fits-all” lead time on the website — we confirm per-order.
- Order processing begins when we have an approved proof, payment terms satisfied (if applicable), and any required setup/artwork fees are paid. If any of those steps are pending, the production lead time will shift accordingly.

## Typical turnaround time
Our typical turnaround time is **2–4 weeks**.

## Rush production options
- We offer rush production options on many items, subject to factory capacity and vendor capability.
- Rush availability, turnaround windows (e.g., 24/48/72-hour), and pricing vary by product and by the decoration method.

### How to request a rush
To request a rush:
- Indicate the required ship or delivery date when you request your quote.
- Mark the order as “rush.”

We will confirm whether a rush is possible and include the rush fee and cutoff times in our written estimate.

## Shipping methods and carriers
- We ship via standard parcel carriers and commercial freight carriers depending on order size and weight.
- Available shipping methods typically include standard ground parcel, expedited parcel, and LTL freight for palletized shipments.

Once an order is ready to ship we provide:
- A tracking number for parcel shipments, or
- A freight tracking/BOL for pallet shipments

Transit time after pickup depends on the carrier and chosen service level.

## Shipping costs, minimums, and thresholds
- Shipping charges depend on carrier, service level, package weight/dimensions, and destination. We will quote shipping costs with your order estimate.
- If you have a free-shipping threshold or flat-rate shipping program you want us to follow, include that in your order instructions and we will confirm whether it can be applied.

## International shipping and customs
We can arrange international shipments. Duties, taxes, and customs clearance rules vary by destination and will be quoted separately or billed to the recipient as required.

For international orders, provide full ship-to details and any import account numbers you want us to use.

## Delivery expectations and communication
- After we confirm your order, we send a written order acknowledgement with the production schedule and estimated ship date.
- If anything changes during production we will notify you as soon as possible with an updated schedule.
