## How ordering works (what you should prepare)

1. Contact us to start a quote: Email adrpromo@adrpromotions.com or call 905-761-9552. If you have a product page, SKU, or example image, include that in your message.
2. Tell us the event date, quantity, desired product type (example: “acrylic trophy with engraved plate”), personalization details (names/years), and delivery address.
3. Send artwork or personalization lists with exact spelling. For full-color plaques, include your logo file (vector PDF/AI or high-resolution PNG) and any layout notes.
4. We will confirm availability, provide a quote, and send a digital proof for approval before production.

## Turnaround, pricing, and proofs

We do not publish fixed prices or standard lead-time tables on our website. Because awards vary by material, size, engraving, and quantity, we provide custom quotes for each job.

## Shipping and pickup

We ship national and can arrange local pickup or delivery where available. Shipping costs depend on carrier, speed, and order size — we include shipping details in the written quote.
