# Accessibility

## Quick overview
We do not currently publish a formal accessibility statement on our public site.

If a customer or prospect needs an accommodation (for example: braille labeling, tactile markings, large-print tags, screen-reader-friendly product pages, or help completing an online order), we handle requests case-by-case through our sales and fulfillment process. Contact is required so we can scope, quote, and schedule the work.

## What we already do
- We design promotional programs and provide support services including copywriting, typesetting, graphic design, packaging, and fulfillment. These services can be used to scope accessible packaging and printed materials.
- We operate an online store where customers can browse and order products; customers can also contact sales for custom programs and samples.

## How customers can request an accommodation
- Email **adrpromo@adrpromotions.com** with the subject line **"Accessibility request"** and include:
  - Order number (if any)
  - Item(s) to modify
  - Exact accommodation requested
  - Required text (for braille or large-print)
  - Delivery deadline
  - Best contact phone number
- Or call us at **905-761-9552** to discuss the request; then follow up by email so we have the request in writing.

For custom, production-led accommodations, we respond with a feasibility assessment, a written quote, and a production schedule.

## Examples of accommodations we can scope (quoted and scheduled per project)
- Braille-labeled packaging or tags (requires exact text and language)
- Large-print hangtags, instructions, or inserts for visually impaired recipients
- Tactile markings or raised logos on packaging
- Non-slip coatings or materials for product packaging when safety is a concern
- Custom packaging layouts to improve opening and handling for customers with limited dexterity
- Assistance completing an online order by phone or email (we accept phone orders)

## What we typically need from you to scope and quote an accessibility request
- A description of the specific accommodation needed (for example: braille label text, large-print hangtag, tactile marking, non-slip finish, alt text on a product page, or help completing an online order)
- Customer/company name
- Order number (if applicable)
- SKU or item description
- Shipping address
- Required delivery date
- Any compliance or regulatory notes (for example: braille grade or language)

## Pricing and lead time
We do not publish standard pricing or lead times for accessibility options. Costs, minimums, any tooling/setup charges, and lead time are confirmed in a written quote for each project.

## Proofs and approvals
For accessibility-related production work (for example: braille labels, large-print inserts, tactile placement on packaging), we provide proofs in the requested format and require explicit customer approval before production.

## Fulfillment notes (for projects with accessible items)
When shipping accessible items (for example: braille or tactile tags, or specially finished packaging), we include a packing slip noting the accommodation and any special handling instructions.

## Notes for product pages and online store listings
Our site does not currently state whether product images include alt text or whether the ordering portal meets specific accessibility standards.

When preparing product pages, add clear, descriptive image text and plain-language product descriptions to help customers who use assistive technologies.
