## Who we are

We are ADR Promotions Inc., a full-service promotional advertising partner. For more than two decades we have designed, sourced, and delivered branded merchandise and promotional items for organizations of many sizes.

We are a full service Promotional Advertising Company — your one stop shop for all your promotional product requirements.

## Our philosophy

We help you translate brand goals into tangible items that carry your message. We focus on clarity, consistency, and usability: we aim to match the right product and imprint method to the intended audience and campaign budget.

We keep the process collaborative — you tell us the objective and we recommend materials, imprint locations, and fulfillment options that meet it.

## What we do

- **Custom promotional products:** pens, drinkware, tech accessories, bags, desk items, and event giveaways.
- **Branded apparel:** shirts, jackets, hats, and other wearables with multiple imprint and embroidery options.
- **Design support:** logo setup, artwork adjustments, and digital mockups to confirm placement and scale.
- **Sourcing and production:** we handle vendor selection, price negotiation, quality checks, and production management.
- **Packaging and fulfillment:** bulk packing, kitting, and direct ship-to-recipient options for events and employee programs.

We operate as a single point of contact through the project lifecycle: **quote → sample/proof → production → quality control → shipping**.

## Our typical workflow (design to delivery)

1. **Discovery and quote:** we review your objectives, quantities, and budget then provide product recommendations and pricing.
2. **Artwork and proofing:** we prepare art-ready files and provide digital proofs for your approval. For decorated apparel we confirm colors and placement before production.
3. **Sampling (if requested):** we can order or produce pre-production samples so you can inspect materials and imprint quality.
4. **Production:** once proofs and samples are approved, we place production orders and track them through completion.
5. **Quality control and fulfillment:** we perform QC checks and coordinate packing and shipping per your instructions.

If you have a specific deadline or event date, tell us at the discovery stage and we will plan lead times to meet it.

- **End-to-end project management:** we handle vendor coordination, production timelines, and quality checks so you have a single contact.
- **In-house artwork and proofing:** we prepare art and proofs to speed approval cycles and reduce back-and-forth delays.

## How to start

- a short description of your campaign or program,
- target quantity or per-location quantities,
- your desired delivery date, and
- any artwork files you already have.

We will reply with a recommendation and a quote, and outline next steps including proofing and sample options.
